Meet Kathy & Jimmy Dove—our dynamic duo down in the Northern Neck!
Their real estate journey began nearly two decades ago with a little “strong encouragement” from Kathy’s dad (and later from Jimmy himself!), turning what started as a fun side gig into a full-time passion.
As Northern Neck natives, they bring unbeatable local knowledge to their work—specializing in waterfront properties, vacation homes , and helping Veterans , first-time buyers , and new-to-town clients find their perfect place.
After attending a Glover U event in 2023, they saw the KW difference, joined the Red Team , and haven’t looked back!
When they’re not changing lives through real estate, you’ll find them cooking together, crabbing, loving on their 7 grandkids, traveling, and training their labs —Kash & Teaque—with Jimmy even serving as an AKC Judge!
